  • Payments made for completed work, consultation, strategy, or digital services are generally non-refundable.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • No refund will be provided once the project work has substantially started or completed.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, graphics, branding, logos, designs, source code, images, and other material belongs to Ziddi Techies unless otherwise stated.

Clients receive rights only to the final approved deliverables upon full payment completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Ziddi Techies shall not be responsible for delays caused due to lack of communication or delayed approvals from the client side.
